Weathered Hands Farmhouse Coffee started as a hobby that quickly turned into a passion. A passion that led to a coffee roasting internship that resulted in a coffee roasting job. A job that fed into an idea and led to this journey!
We are a small-batch coffee roaster based in the Texas Hill Country outside of Austin, Texas. We are committed to sourcing exceptional specialty coffee and roasting in a calculated manner that highlights the inherent elements that make up the coffee’s unique flavor profile. We also strive to work with partners in the coffee industry committed to quality, innovation, and improvement.
It is important to us to share with you the "stories" behind every coffee we offer as to understand the people, places and the work behind-the-scenes to make the coffee available for you to enjoy. It takes a lot of hard work to bring coffee to market and most people never get to visit a coffee farm or witness a harvest. Coffee is more than just a commodity to us and we want to share some of the insights through our journey.
