STORY: Veracruz and Puebla are neighboring states in Mexico and are both coffee producing regions that are starting to really make a name for itself in regards to specialty coffee! Along their border, we find one of the most interesting and exotic coffees, with farm elevations ranging from 1500 to 1800+masl. This coniferous cloud forest is home to hundreds of smallholder farmers.
The mountain range were the village , Jesus Maria, is located has unique conditions for coffee: ideal average temperature, sun exposure and precipitation! We’re excited to offer another coffee from Mexico that deserves some attention! This is our first coffee from Puebla and we are so excited to share it and bring some light to the region.
We roast and ship every Monday & Thursday. Orders must be received by 5PM on Sunday and Wednesday to ensure it gets added to our production. Orders placed after 5PM on on Sunday and Wednesday will be roasted and shipped out the next production day.
