STORY: El Nevado del Huila is a communal lot sourced primarily from producers in the captivating towns of Santa Maria and Pitalito, nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Northern and Southern Huila. This coffee lot comes from a region that is intricately intertwined with Colombia’s highest volcano, reaching an astounding elevation of nearly 5,500 meters or 18,000 feet!

The producers who have contributed to El Nevado del Huila predominantly grow Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties, at elevations ranging from 1,600 to 1,900 meters. 

As you savor the remarkable notes of El Nevado del Huila, remember that every cup is a tribute to the breathtaking Nevado del Huila. It symbolizes the heights of passion, the peaks of dedication, and the power of collaboration between nature and the farmers who nurture its gifts.

We roast and ship every Monday & Thursday. Orders must be received by 5PM on Sunday and Wednesday to ensure it gets added to our production. Orders placed after 5PM on on Sunday and Wednesday will be roasted and shipped out the next production day.
